OK Room -- Bad Customer Service

My biggest complaint about this Hampton Inn is that the front desk staff treated me exceptionally rudely, and the manager didn't seem to care when I filed my complaint.
I was not in Loveland on vacation. I had made an emergency trip there (from L.A.), because my 82 year old mother was having emergency open heart surgery in the hospital down the street from this hotel. I chose this Hampton Inn only because of it's proximity to the hospital.
A clerical error by a front desk staffer when I checked in led to a number of problems. She listed me as a one night guest, when I should have been listed as a three night guest. This error resulted in another staffer trying to tell me I had to check out after my second day (because the hotel was "full"), and still another staffer yelling at me with such hostility, I nearly called the police.
My frustration and anger was made worse by the fact that the manager wasn't there to sort out the problems -- she doesn't bother to work on weekends (their busiest days). When I finally reached her, after I had already arrived back home, she was unsympathetic about my entire ordeal, and only made excuses for her incompetent staff.
If you stay at this Hampton Inn, bring good quality earplugs for the noisy wall-mounted air conditioner/heater (and possibly to block the sound of a hostile front desk staffer yelling at you!).
