Express Inn Knoxville, Knoxville

There was nothing about this place I liked. When I arrived I originally had a reservation for a room for myself & my young daughter. They gave my room to someone else instead of honoring my reservations. Instead they offered me either a smoking room or a different room on the top floor, which in turn was totally disgusting! It had dead cockroaches in the fridges & the bed sheets looked as if they were slept in many many times. TOTALLY DISGUSTING! Even the smoking room was gross! Mold, teared up carpeting, & everything else! Super shady people hanging around outside during the night too! Would never ever stay at this place again! Even the ugly clerk said I should "work" with her on the cost of the room, while I had made reservation on the set price. This is a total crap shack of a business to even waste the time to stay at!

this motel is one of the nasty motels i have seen.. they lie too you about having a swiming pool, this motel is full of bed bugs and black mold.. and best of all you think your getting a good rate well your not the help there over charges you al the time for there pockets.. and make sure you get a reciept something they dont like too give to the perople that stay there.. they ripp you off all the time..go somewhere else too eat in the morning, dont ever eat what they have in the morning there they clean the waffle iron with mr clean and dont rinse the stuff offen the iron... do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else..

IF YOU LIKE BED BUGS THEN IT IS GREAT. THE PEOPLE THAT WORK THERE DID NOT EVEN CARE THAT I NOW HAVE OVER 50 BITES AND WAS ONLY THERE FOR AN HOUR. BEWARE NASTY NASTY NASTY!!!!!

It was like staying in a Mens Room!! Went there for the Races...Avoid this Motel at all costs!! I was filthy, the help is rude..Help yourself...STAY AWAY!!

Here is a honest insight to what you'll find. Our reservations were wrong. The non-american front desk lady was rude. Our room was dirty such has the mirrors,pictures on wall, tissue box, bathroom floor, and tub. Luckily I brought my own cleaner and Lysol. The shower curtain was YUK! I replaced with a Dollar Tree one. There was no batteries in remote, no ashtray in smoking room. The cable guide for room is all wrong. An electric outlet did'nt work. Hotel description list priviledge to use adjoining hotel pool was told no by Knight Inn and yes by Quality Inn. There was no alarm clock, and some very unsavory characters hang out around stairs and laundry room. Lots of late night" activity". Evidently they do not have enough wash clothes to go around. also hotel descriptions say HBO try showtime. Did recieve a microwave and fridge. No bugs, and free donuts and coffee. Is not far from lots of resturants and stores.

Try avoiding this hotel if you can. We had a horrible experience in this Knights Inn. I don't know if all the Knights Inn are like this. The Bathroom was horrible. Bathtub was broken and there were spider webs everywhere. The furniture was old and shabby with broken handles. Best of all the hotel advertizes wireless internet and it doesn't work (Looking at the rest of the things I sincerely doubt that they even have it).
