First let me preface that I am frequent business traveler and favor Marriott properties. I stayed here twice for 3+ days each over past two months and both experiences were sub-par to Marriott standards and other RI properties I have stayed at. The attention to business travelers' needs is non-existent, breakfast was buffet so lousy when prepared in bulk, poor internet access, housekeeping changing the thermostat, and repeated noisy neighbors all forced me to finally check out a day early on the second visit and move to a competing hotel. Upon checkout I discovered they lied regarding a promised credit to be issued.
If you're a family needing space and kitchen for a couple of days then ok place because there is not much else in the area. But not for business traveler there are several other choices (Holiday Inn; Hampton Inn) more suitable in the area because the folks at Residence Inn are not responsive.
