Extended Stay America-St. Louis-Westport-Craig Road, St Louis

This place is absolutely disgusting. The carpets were dirty, not vacuumed, hair from prior guests lingering all over the place. Linens were soiled and had hair from prior guests as well. The bathroom had piles of hair from prior guests (who knows how many prior guests hair!?!?!?) all swept into the corner by the tub. The tub floor was BROWN. The shower curtain was mildewed at the bottom. Whatever tables or flat surfaces that were in the room were not clean at all. Im sickened by this place. Two out of the four nights I stayed the cops showed up to "manage" other guests staying at the hotel. When you have to have local police officers spending a lot of time at the hotel - something is WRONG!! This was all among other incidents that occurred in a matter of 4 nights/5days. I could not even complete my stay - we ran out of there and went down to the road to the Marriott for an extra $40 a night - well worth it when you see the difference. Studio Plus is a definate MINUS and this place should be CLOSED DOWN.
