Pear Tree Inn by Drury, Miner

We arrived in Sikeston Around 2pm on July 21 2005 looking for a hotel to stay in. So we went in to this hotel and the the older lady told us that she would have us a room ready by 3 so we told her ok that we understood very polite and nice. She put our reservation in the computer. We came back at 3 their was a different lady in the hotel. I told her that we had a reservation. She went to look at some box for a file and she said "I can't find it!" I told the lady that we had just made it an hour ago. She said "Can I have a credit card!" I asked if I could pay in cash and she said "I need a Drivers License" So my husband went to call out his number and she got mean. I hand her my license so she could make a copy and she was mouthie to me. she told me the price like she could careless if we stayed. I asked her way she was being so mean to us and she reply I just found out my mother is dieing. I told her i was sorry but maybe she should have called into to work. She continue to be mouthie and I finally told her I wanted my money and drivers license back and walked out. We went across the street to Raudmont.
