worst hotel ever stayed at

Hotel Manager was very rude, debated with me why i didnt want to stay. Rooms are gross, stains in the chairs and couches, stains on bed spreads. Tried to cancel my room Im a platinum choice member and i was told no matter what i was gonna get charged only had been here for .5 hour. I travel for a living and by far this has been the worst experience so far

Won't Be Back

The rooms are old, the carpet felt nasty. I was charged $327.00 for two nights. {hardly worth it} Holiday Express, and Hampton were booked or I would have stayed there. This room was not worth the money I spent. The breakfast was a joke. Sorry but this place needs an major update to keep up with the others in town.

Nasty!

We walked into the room and at first glance were pleased, until we looked at the bedspread...yuck. Stains all over. We requested a new room, only to find an even nastier situation. Do yourself a favor and skip this place!

Best Hotel in Oxford

I loved this hotel!!!It was minutes away from Ole Miss, nice and friendly staff!!!The rooms were outstanding!! The continental breakfast saved us a little money...I love the fact the morning desk clerk chatted with us and gave us good ideas about where to take my daughter too eat!

location was perfect

The location was perfect and the staff went out of their way to assist us with information on ski packages, tours and shopping. The service was great! The complimentary breakfast was a real treat and a money saver. We met other guests from all over the United States and enjoyed visiting with them.

Friendly staff, adequate room

The desk clerks and housekeepers were small-town friendly, and I had no major problems during the stay. The rooms were OK, if a little old, and represent a good value for the price you pay. Wireless internet service worked well. I stayed here twice, and would go back again. Breakfast offerings were a little limited, but if you want a hot breakfast Burger King is right next door.

best hotel in oxford

I liked the friendly service I was given. The beautiful front desk clerk in the morning, Laura was very helpful and friendly. Also the desk clerk in the afternoon, Lynne, was very friendly as well. The hotel is beautiful, and very clean. I was overall impressed with the friendly atmosphere---it felt like home away from home.

I would sleep under a bridge before going back to this dump! The room was awful, dirty, smelly, nasty. The hotel management be better off working for a landfill. People, if you appreciate personal hygiene please do yourself a favor and drive the extra hour to Tupelo Courtyard if the other local hotels are full. Hampton and HI Express are great and clean.
