Club Bamboo Resorts, Bradenton Beach

I've been traveling to Bradenton Beach for over 15 years. This is the best hotel I've stayed in. I've stayed here twice, once in the main building, poolside, the last time in building #2 beachside with a balcony. the room was a good size with nice decor ... clean microwave and refrigerator. The bathroom was exceptionally clean too. The pool was never over-chlorinated which. The location is perfect, right on the island's main road, but there was no road noise in our room. The free* (*at the time of this review) trolley stops right outside the door and travels the entire length of the island with many available stops as shops, restaurants and other beaches. The beach is a private one for only the people that live there and the hotel's guests, so it was not crowded ... smooth white sand, not rocky. The people who run the hotel are very nice. The value is superb! I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone!! I was planing to stay here this summer, but they're booked. (A Little Tip ... the 'drive-up' rooms are cheaper but are across the street, so to go to the beach, you must cross the road (no cross-walks)
