Reception check in was very slow. The Hotel was spotlessly clean throughout.The food was good and well presented, but we were there a fortnight and there were a lot of repeats. The dining room staff were excellent, nothing was too much trouble. The bedrooms although very clean,need smartening up. there were cracked tiles and old fittings in the bathroom. The Hotel is not near any sort of interesting local spots or shops although there are a couple of small Supermarkets and two or three bars and Restaurants. We found the Thomson trips to be expensive, and used a local Brit with a minibus/taxi to get around at about half thomsons price. The beaches are not relly accessible, if you have any walking difficulties. Overall we enjoyed a restful child free holiday and met some really nice people. The Entertainment every evening consists mainly of the reps. doing their best to keep people happy, but it didn't always work.The choice of music provided by the resident duo was more condusive to a younger audience than the age group present, mostly 55 to 70ish.

It was our first time on a Thomson Gold and certainly won't be the last. The staff are excellent, facilities are great and the food and service in the hotel and one of the best we have stayed at and we usualy always stay four or five star (linen napkins were a luxury too). Great for a relaxing time, woud recommend swimming with the Dolphins as an excursion. Everyone was extremely friendly as we worried about that being in our 20's, but, would not put anyone off as we were made to feel welcome just like anyone else. Beach towels are a great touch, I would also recommend a Superior Room as you get extra touches such as wine, water, mini bar, bathrobes, slippers and fruit. You can put all your drinks on a tab and pay at the end of your holiday which we found great. We recommended it to family who have also stayed and would go again. The only draw back for beach lovers is that you have no sea view as it is a twently minute walk to the beach, however, there is a courtesy bus if you need it.
