Best Inn Keepers Ever
By ,
The Inn Keepers were true professionals , always available and answered all questions went out of their way to make recommendations and provide maps as well as commentary. The three course breakfast each morning was unique and first quality . Inn ws in top physical shape and lots of special touches ; the cookies out , the mid afternoon cheese and biscuit tray , prompt housekeeping.

Great Inn in Vermont
By ,
We went to the Three Mountain Inn back in June. We had a fantastic time, the inn is located in the Southern part of Vermont a great location for day trips to Weston, Brattleboro, Manchester and Woodstock. The inn it self is just incredible, the hospitality is wonderful, the hosts are always availible for planning day trips and giving other advice to help make our stay perfect. The grounds are wonderful, we spent time in the pool and the gardens. So relaxing. The rooms are decorated in very good taste, the beds are the most comfortable we have ever slept in (including our own). The food is incredible, we ate great breakfaste each morning and had a wonderful dinner. The food is fresh and creative. We highly recommend this inn. We are looking to return in another season.

Nothing Better in New England
By ,
We have stayed at the Inn many times over several years. We live around Boston, and it's the only place we go to in the winter. Jen and Ed are perfect hosts; the staff is extremely thoughful and helpful. We always find the Inn relaxing with friendly people. We like the fireplace and the Old Fashions, too!

A Gem in Jamaica, VT
By ,
My wife and I have stayed at this little gem twice and have fallen in love. The food is 5 diamond, the innkeepers friendly and helpful and the Inn is kept in excellent shape. Most recently I brought my Mom and her husband up for a treat and they loved it. Ed and Jennifer in a very short period of time have transformed this Inn into a treasure. We shall return.

The rudest innkeeper we'ver ever had to deal with
By ,
My husband and I had a reservation at the Three Mountain Inn, but unfortunatly became ill with the usual "winter crud" and couldn't make it. We cancelled within 14 days and forfitted our deposite. Ed said that we could use the deposite towards a future visit. We e-mailed the innkeepers and asked them how long that deposite would be good for, so we could plan out future visit. Ed called us back and the first words out of his mouth were "You sent us numerous e-mails and I find that disturbing". We sent four e-mails over the course of two weeks. We had to call 4 times in order to get a confirmation of our reservation after they charged us- so we figured that 4 e-mails was normal in order to get a response from Jen and Ed. We tried to explain to Ed, over and over because he kept cuttung us off, that we only wanted to know how long our deposite was good for. He refused to answer the question or to even let us finnish a sentence! When we finally got the sentence out "How long is our deposite good for" he told us three months. We thanked him for the courtesy, but also explained that we didn't intend to harrass him with the e-mails, we are just used to e-mail correspondence and thought that, baised on the previous need for 4 phone calls to obtain a confirmation, that 4 e-mails was the norm, to which he gave us a rude toungue lashing about how they don't check e-mail ever day... Ed finally ended the conversation while talking to my husband, hanging up on him after saying "You want to know how long your deposite is good for? Your deposite is gone". We do not appreciate that Ed reneged on his verbal offer of using the deposite towardsa future visit- nor his incredibly rude phone call, or giving us a toungue lashing when we where only trying to explain.

Exceptional
By ,
We couldn't have been more pleased, this Inn was our first experience of Innkeeping and Jennifer and Ed are natural hosts.
Our room was lovely, breakfast and dining super but we particularly appreciated the afternoon refreshments by the real log fire. Nothing is too much trouble for this couple and we commend this Inn most highly. It is conveniently located on Route 30 so if you tire of the old world charm of Jamaica it is an easy journey to Grafton, Woodstock, The Green Mountain Flyer at Chester and many ski slopes for winter time recreation. We found the location excellent for our leaf peeping trip.
There is some noise from the road so you may want to ask for a room facing the back but all in all this really is a gem.

Service is Superb, Food is Wonderful, and Inn Keepers are Incredible
By ,
We stayed at the Three Mountain Inn in Jamaica, VT for four very restful and tasty days and nights in May, 2004. The room (Jamaica Suite) was perfect. Exceptionally clean, quiet, and very nicely decorated. The three course breakfast each morning was creative, tasty, and delivered with a smile. We were looking for an Inn to get married at in Vermont and contacted about five different Inns. The Three Mountain Inn (Jen and Ed) were the most helpful and did a great deal of leg work for their out of state guests including finding the perfect person to perform our very special ceremony. We also ate at the Inn several evenings. The meals were excellent and the presentation was so nice it was almost (just almost) a shame to eat it. It was hard to leave and we can't wait to go back. Try the scones they are the best. The Inn is on main street in Jamaica. A throwback to the unspoiled Vermont where every building has a story and every resident has a smile.
