Four Seasons Istanbul at Sultanahmet, Istanbul

Located next to the Hagia Sofia and two blocks from the Blue Mosque, the Four Seasons is the perfect location for sight-seers. Hospitality management in Turkey is considered to be a profession, and the staff at the Four Seasons lives up to that standard while managing to be friendly at the same time. A great hotel in a great city.

Wonderful experience and close to most sites. The staff was extremely helpful; almost like having your personal genies to work majic. I would return in a blink to both the 4 Seasons and to all of Turkey,

I my opinion there is no other choice in Instanbul. The best Four Seasons Hotel I've stayed in anywhere in the world. Quality of Service, Quality of Food and comfort of the room was excellent in every way. If this is not rated as one of the top five hotels in the world I would really like to know why.

The staff was the most well trained and courteous I have ever seen. The hotel has the highest standards for its staff and was consistent from check-in personnel, restaurant servers, consierge to the courtly gentleman changing the light bulb in the hallway. The restaurants were outstanding--incredible food and creative menus--especially the smaller eating area before the greenhouse. Amenities in room went over and beyond the usual high end hotels. The close proximity to all the major sites make this hotel an ideal location. Lovely setting and furnishings. The only slight dissatisfaction was the room was on the lower level but still very nice. If booking, I would ask for a room on the upper levels.

Superb location on a quiet street that is close to major attractions. Excellent service and rooms. Good value in off-season.
