Fitzgeralds Casino & Hotel, Robinsonville

The girls at the check-in counter are not friendly at all, mumbling when asked a question. The guys are much friendlier, even asking if there were any problems with anything when we checked out. Very nice. The buffets are wonderful, but the servers are slow to bring drinks and refills. This was our 3rd visit to the Fitz and it has always been like this. Everyone else from housekeeping to security guards, are so friendly and helpful. We will still return to the Fitz, but I wish improvements could be made with these two issues.

Had a great time at Fitzgeralds! Many slots to choose from. Clean rooms. Bed comfortable. Friendly staff.

I go to the Fitz 2-4 times a year, and always have a great experience! The rooms are great,and the food is excellent!! The Comps are great, and that is the reason I can visit often. Look forward to a return visit in June of 2010!!

We had stayed ther about 7 yrs. ago and was not happy. This time around we had a great experience. Rooms was clean,beds are great. I have stayed in 5 diamond hotels with the same beds. The food was excellent. Staff was friendly from the time we pulled up till we left. Casino staff was great. I also won 4 jackpots on slots. But even if I hadn't I still would had a great time. Down side I am a smoker so didn't effect me,but if you are not you might not like the laid back they feel about smokers. If you are a smoker and tired of the treatment you recive you will love Fitz. We got a smoking room but did not smell like it at all... I would highly recommend. Comps was great....

My wife and I stay at "The Fitz' and have a fun and relaxing time. We enjoy Blackjack and it is great to see those $5.00, two deck, tables. Those are fun, fun, fun. The dealers have always been helpful and patient, too. My wife constantly seems to win at the poker slots at the bar. Give it a go. Play Deuces Wild. We think you'll like it. The remodelled rooms are very clean and comfortable, with flat screen T.V.'s. Better than home! We hit the buffett for dinner each evening and have not yet been disappointed. The food is very good and the service is equally as good. Hope you can make it and have as good an experience as we've had. It's a seven hour drive for us, but to go about twice a year is well worth it to stay for 3 - 4 days.

The most exciting thing for me at the Fitz was that they still have a token number of slots that take either quarters or dollar tokens. It was so much fun to relieve those 'old' days of sliding in the coins and pulling the handle. One of the attentdants who came to fill up my hopper told me that they keep those because some of their guests like them and that they are the only hotel in Tunica that has them. That tells me a lot about them that they would cater that much to their guests. We came to the Fitz from the Gold Strike who was under renovation. Do not go there thinking it will be okay..electronic jackhammers at 8:30 a.m. are awful. But the Fitz was great..they got us right in and the bed was absolute heaven. It is a little isolated from the other casinos, but we had a car and did not mind the drive. I did really well the first two nights there, but lost quite a bit the last night and they did not seem too interested in comping things, so I have some doubts that I would go back, but it was a Godsend to even get a room on that short of a notice and a great rate.

This is a great place to stay. We love the pillow top beds and the rooms are really nice since they remodeled them. But, they need to have a line at the Buffet for Elite members or at least get more help. The food is GREAT! Just hate standing in line so long.

ever thing was just great. my wife is handicap and it was excellent just knowing we were so close to everthing. we had a very good time and if i wanted to go down there and play and my wife wanted to take a nap ,i fell i was close enough to ck on her. Thank you for everthing . we want to come back soon. we were recieving coupons but we haven,t for along time. if you could send us some so we can come to play . thank you rhalp lane

They bend over backwards. The are good folks and do not look down tat you. I have lost and much as $4000 here and won as much $5000. I was treated the same on every trip.
