I had made a reservation for this hotel, the lady at the front desk was completely unprofessional. I could barely make the reservation over the phone's because she wouldn't even tell me anything about the hotel. The lady was completely incompetant and didn't have a clue as to how to even use their computer system. A couple of days later I wanted to cancel the reservation and the same rude incompetant lady answered. I told her at least 3 times what my name and the confirmation # was and she said she couldn't find it in their computer system, and didn't even try to figure out what was going on. So basically she was refusing to cancel my hotel reservation. So I had to call the next day to speak to the manager about cancelling my reservation, which he found right away. I never even made it to the hotel and I'm completely turned off by the hotel staff. I have never experienced a more unproffessional way to handle a hotel.
