The Hyatt Summerfield Suites Addison, a Global Hyatt affiliate, is located approximately 20 miles from downtown Dallas and 15 miles from Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport. This location is also one mile from Prestonwood Mall, three miles from Galleria Mall, 10 miles from Texas Stadium, and 12 miles from the JFK Memorial.The hotel amenities include the outdoor pool, Jacuzzi, exercise room, tennis court, volleyball and basketball courts, convenience store, picnic tables and barbecue grills, and complimentary breakfast buffet. The hotel also offers a weekday social hour, laundry facilities, valet laundry, grocery shopping service, and a concierge.All rooms feature separate living areas, full kitchens, cable TV, VCRs, complimentary weekday newspapers, hairdryers, irons and ironing boards, clock radios, and Golden Door Spa Toiletries.Summerfield Suites will allow a maximum of two pets per occupied suite with an additional deposit of $150. The owner shall be present to monitor or place pet in a crate anytime hotel staff is servicing the suite. Pet must be walked on a leash. Pets are not allowed in Guesthouse, pool, or spa areas.Pets are allowed for a $200 USD non-refundable cleaning fee per stay. A maximum of one pet is allowed per suite.
