Days Inn Medford, Medford

I booked thru the Internet for my husband and son who were on a road trip. It was for five days. Did not make first night and called 3 times to be certain they knew we were still coming. When they arrived, exhausted the next a.m. They had confirmation letter in hand. Still they were told the entire 5 days had been cancelled due to not showing up. Even though we called 3 times night prior. They then refused to honor promised rate as they said my 16 year old was not a child, even though the criteria was for 17 and under. After long debates where they insisted it was noted on the Internet site but were unable to show me where, they simply said, it's called an 'incidental' charge and theirs nothing that you can do about it. They are liars, and rude liars at that. Just no need for this kind of treatment. Beware and stay away!!
