Decent Hotel, but cranky staff
By anonymous, 06/23/09
Hotel was clean and decent for the price, but the staff was somewhat cranky. I reserved via yahoo travel and requested a queen bed. The room assigned was a handicapped room (which was fine since that was the one that had the queen bed). Upon checking in, the receptionist was quite pushy about wanting us to move to a different room with two double beds (which I did not want). She repeatedly asked us to switch, but we put our foot down as we needed the queen bed. During the rest of the check-in she was pretty curt. Later when I came up to ask if there was teabags I could have for in the room (which only had coffee), she looked at me like I was crazy. Upon repeating my request, she stated that they "don't just put tea in the rooms". I asked if I could get some, and I was told that there MIGHT be some by the breakfast area and if there was I could use that. (there was so I took it back to the room). The next day at the breakfast, a different employee was also very curt (like we were inconveniencing her) when I asked where the garbage was.

A very good hotel!
By Julie, 01/14/09
We really like the indoor pool/jacuzzi & the free breakfast. Rates are extremely low for this area. Staff is great! Rooms are small but well kept and very clean. It's perfect for anyone on a budget & who isn't now days?

Great Place!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 04/10/08
We stayed at this inn three times once in July of 2007, October 2007 and our last stay was in Januray of 2008 we have never found the place to be "filthy" I feel who ever wrote that reviwe probably owns one of the local hotels... The Inn has always been quite pleasant and their rates average around 35% below the other local hotels, plus they give you a very large continential breakfast! If you want to save money & get into a hotel with a top notch staff this is the place in our opinion! Believe me it is clean & maintained or we would not have gone back.

Worked great

Building a home and needed a place for overnight visits. With the kids and the dog. Breakfast and the pool made it work out great for us! Its not the Ritz, but it works!

Filthy, disgusting, and gross
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 01/07/05
We recognized the brand name "Sleep Inn" and thought that we would get a great room at a great price. The room was cramped, and we found crumbs between the beds, and what looked like urine in the shower. It was filthy!!! We asked to speak with the manager and we were told that she was not available and that the staff didn't know when she would be in. When we finally had the opportunity to talk to her she seemed very abrasive and rude. She was not at all concerned with our complaints and acted as if she could care less if we were happy. We told the staff that it was the price was outrageous for the quality of the accommodations. With that kind of quality, they should be paying me to stay there!
