Hampton Inn & Suites Pigeon Forge On The Parkway, Pigeon Forge

the room was very clean and nice. everything worked. we stayed 4/6/12. the pool was being cleaned but that was ok. it was kinda cool and we hadn't planned on swimming anyways. my only complaint was the bed was way to firm for me. i woke up with my back hurting and the pillows were awful. they were too firm as well. i usually bring my own pillows but had forgot them. other than those 2 things, everything was great. it's right at a red light so it's easy to get out on the parkway and close to some attractions(wonder works & the titantic) i probably wouldn't stay again. i'm sure i could find something just as nice for a cheaper price and softer beds.

We love everything about this Hampton. From the comfy beds, to the convenient location. My husband, myself, and our 2-year old love it here. We are always greeted with a smile, our rooms are clean and immaculate, and the free breakfast is delicious! This past stay, we stayed in a suite. Totally worth it! It has a kitchen area with all the pots, pans, utensils, you would need. There is also a large fridge where we could keep our kids food cool. There is a large bathroom as well as a separate living area. The bedroom has a door that you can close off from the rest of the room. It's like an apartment! All this to say, this is the hotel of choice in Pigeon Forge!

Loved the hotel, very clean and the staff was very friendly. The mattress was too soft for me, I like a very firm bed, Loved the hot tub, unfortunately the pool wasn't heated and could not use. THe hot breakfast was wonderful. I enjoyed our stay very much.

I have been to this hotel a total of 4 times the first 3 times I was very very happy never had a complaint. I loved the fact that I could take my dog with me. This time on the other hand was very different, I was so unhappy with my whole trip. My best guess would be that theyare under new management. We went and signed in and they gave us our keys and when we went up one room was done and the other room was still being cleaned. Then the toliet was so loose it really was not safe to sit on went to call the front desk to have then come fix it to find the phone was not working so I had to called from my cell phone the maintance came up and worked on the toliet for about an hour and then worked on the phone line to the room so the phone will work . When walking my dog, a large breed dog darted for my dog I picked him up and went around back only to have the large breed dog dodge at my dog again I went into the front desk and told them about the large dog and their response was oh that's just the neighbors dog and went back to talking to one another. Then on the 2nd night I went to lay down and read a book and the headboard fell off the wall and hit me in the head I called down to the front desk and the gentelman started laughing and said ok, I said will someone fix it and he said yes we will send someone up about an hour later maintance came and started drilling holes and and putting the headboard back on the wall ( don't even know what the neighbors were thinking) meanwhile not moving out the bed and I had dust all over my covers. On the 3rd day I came back to my room only to find I had ants all over the place asked the maintance man that was in the hallway about it and he said yeah we have been having issues it is coming from the suites were they have food in the room but there is really nothing we can do. Luckly I was scheduled to depart the next day . When I went to turn in my key they asked how my stay was and I told them about everything and stated that really there is nothing they can do and hope to see us come back for another visit I think I will pass on that offer which is sad because I really loved staying there the other 3 times.

My wife and I travel to Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge every year. We have stayed in Cabins, and a few Hotels in the Gatlinburg area. Let me add, with our dog. This hotel not only accepted pets, but one entire floor is pet friendly rooms. Nice to know some hotels are actually still allowing pets. The best thing I can say about this hotel is, I have NEVER had a bed so comfortable and the feather pillows (3 per bed) were awesome. I never slept so sound on vacation !!!!! Great Job guys and keep up the good work. We are sure to return.

This is the best hotel in Pigeon Forge. Staff friendly and professional. Hotel rooms are clean, comfortable and typical Hampton Inn standards. Soft beds, free internet, business center, a hot tub and the best hot breakfast....I even could make my own waffle. The location is perfect...just across the street from the Titanic Museum, Wonderworks and 3 blocks from Tanger Outlet Mall. I will be back to stay at this hotel...you will not be disappointed if you select this hotel.

did not notice pet friendly sign till dog across hall barked half the night and started early in morning breakfast was great went to pool and had to watch were to step dog's left their mark .pet friendly but not friendly pet's

This is a great place to stay, and they welcome your dogs! Everyone on our floor had a pet or two, and the staff was so kind and understanding. We were able to leave our pets in the room while we went out to shop and have dinner. There is an area to walk the dogs there on the grounds. The staff was very friendly, the food at breakfast was great, and they had hot cider and cocoa with cookies in the evening. The beds were the best ever, and the bathroom was spotless. We give this hotel an A+.

We stayed here May 2008, and were very satisfied with everything. After checking in, we received a call from the front desk making sure our room was fine (it was). Also, the continental breakfast was varied and tasty. Everything considered, we will stay here again.

The staff at this hotel was very eager to please and make your stay comfortable. I just loved the decor in the dining area, it reminded me of an English Tutor home and the breakfast was wonderful. The selection included everything from eggs, sausage, toast, juice, fruit, ceral, yogurt,sweet rolls, and coffee. They really worked hard on the breakfast and making sure that everyone had enough to eat. Thank you... The beds are the most comfortable that I have ever had outside of my home. I would refer this hotel to anyone looking for a nice place to stay in Piegon Forge.
