Holiday Inn Exp Hendersonville, Hendersonville

Enjoyed my stay, staff at the Express were very plesant and enformed me of a great restaurant near by. A award winning steakhouse that I would have thought to be exspensive but it wasnt. It was Woody's Steakhouse and the folks at the Holiday Inn knew what they were talking about. Also the rooms were very clean the location wass perfect for me. Had a great time, and will be saying again when ever in Nashville.

We are a local company and we always use this hotel for our clients. They love staying here and we always use their meeting rooms!

Our company made the poor decision to house 15 employees in this hotel during a one-month period and there were problems almost every night. Two employees were turned away, even though they came armed with confirmation numbers that verified that they had rooms. "Someone must've cancelled your room," was the only explanation offered. The manager seems to be accomodating, but the front desk staff seemed eager to escalate every concern into an aggressive encounter. "Maybe you'd be better off staying at the Hyatt," one employee was told when he complained about being placed on a rollout bed instead of the queen bed we were charged for. BEWARE! You may or may not have a room when you go to check in, so have a backup plan. Make the drive to Nashville and avoid both hotels in Hendersonville!

The staff is excellent and the hotel is very clean, I would recommend to anyone. Everyone person I encountered spoke to me and my family, It really speaks well of the management.

We were very pleased with our accomodations at this hotel. The room had everything anyone could need, including: coffee pot, snack bar, video games. in-room movies, ironing board etc... The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. All of the staff that we encountered were friendly and helpful. The hotel also offers a free breakfast. We have to travel to Hendersonville a few times a year, and this will be the hotel that we return to every time. Price was great, too!!

I stayed there three times: October 2004, November 2004, and February 2005. Each time we were there the staff was extremely helpful, the rooms were beautiful, the breakfast was delicious, the hotel was clean & safe. There is absolutely nothing bad I can say about this hotel.

Great breakfast and meeting rooms! Will definitely stay again!
