Great place
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 11/17/07
Me and my girlfriend decided to stay here for our first get away. She was impressed by my choice! rather then staying on motel row heading into estes we picked the woodlands, while in a bit of a "Cabin Row"its self its a great place, very nice inside and out, and close enough to estes that We could do our morning run to the starbucks in the safeway and then back. Betsy was great offering us many ideas on what to do, sense there is so much to do and we had limited time.

A Great Place to Wakeup
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 10/30/06
We have stayed at the Woodlands several times over the years and enjoyed every visit. It is always clean and well maintained. We love a movie and a fire in the fireplace at night and a cup of coffee on the deck as the sun rises. It is close to everything and we are always treat like part of the family.

Well maintained and Clean
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 02/27/06
The units very clean and well kept. Relatively short distance to Estes Park and to the National Park. Units are roomy with great amenities such as bubble jet bath tub, TV in both rooms, well stocked kitchen with stove, microwave, refrigerator, outside BBQ. Amazingly comfortable beds. Excellent setting along the river. I've lost count of how many times we have stayed there.

Woodlands Is My Favorite Place In Estes
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 04/06/05
My husband and I have spent a weekend in October here for the last four years. We wouldn't consider any other lodging! Woodlands has clean, attractive units with fully-stocked kitchens, bbq grills, wood fireplaces, decks overlooking Fall River and comfortable furnishings. It is very close to one of the entrances to Rocky Mountain National Park and just a few minutes' drive from downtown Estes. It has a small outdoor hot tub as well. Although it is often full on the weekend we go there, it is very peaceful and quiet; I've never heard any noise other than the rushing water in the river. The prices are very reasonable, especially after the summer season. Woodlands is an outstanding place to stay!
