Hotel Estelar Windsor House, Bogota

This hotel is very welcoming. I stay at the Windsor House every time I am in Bogota. The staff is very attentive and they make you feel very comfortable. I reccomend it highly.

I travel frequently on business and this hotel gave me a comfortable homey feeling. The rooms were good (one office/living room and one Bedroom with mini bar). TVs in both rooms. the rooms and hotel were very clean. elevator were slightly smaller than normal. which could be a problem if you have a lot of luggage. The Staff was extremely friendly, in typical Colombian fashion, and eager to help. food in the restaurants was great and the hotel was about three to four blocks away from the park on 93rd, which is a great place to go for dinner or drinks. The only negative i had (this is more of a wish) is that you must pay for internet service. many hotels are offering this for free so i would have loved it if it was included here as well. instead you have to pay by the hour ( i think there are packages like 3, 6, 12, 24 hrs internet access rate you can purchase) I would definitely stay here again if there is no other hotel nearby with free internet access because I need frequent access to email;( great hotel!
