Service above and beyond

We had a blowout at 1 am in front of the hotel. We limped into the Hampton Inn parking lot and checked into our room. As we reached our room, the telephone rang. The young man at the front desk called to say he was off duty at 7 am. He volunteered to go home and bring a floor jack back so my husband could change our tire. The young man also transported my husband to Wal-Mart to pick up supplies. The rooms were clean and spacious. It was the helpfulness of the staff that was mind boggling.
