We stayed in this hotel/motel for a couple of days as most of the others were fully booked during our weekend holiday. This proved to be a great disappointment. Although, the room I stayed in is rather spacious, I was disappointed by the level of cleanliness. Lets say, you will be upset if you are looking for stainless and pest-free bathroom. The service of the reception is okay. while the service of its restaurant is really frustrating. The restaurant staff were hostile and unfriendly. The food is way below my expectations in comparison to the price. Overall, I really would not recommend it unless you have no other choices.
i recently stayed with the Westland Hotel Motel in Whyalla,and i would just like to comment the Motel on excellence within the whole set up. Service being the HUGE highlight of the amazement. The team have HIGH customer service skills and are very satisfying. The friendly atmosphere everywhere from the motel room itself to the Bistro and to the great environment of the front Cruiser bar was very proffesional. Well done to all and esspecially the management. you all really know what your customers want. thank you very much. see you again soon.
This was an awesome stay at this brand new hotel, I was very impressed with the flat screen plasma tvs in the rooms and at every table in the restaurant. What a cool idea. My children had a great time in the indoor swimming pool and my husband and I loved the hot tub! This hotel was very staff friendly and I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying short or long term. It was like I was staying in a apartment instead of just a room. Bravo! Bravo!
I will NEVER arrange any travel through Yahoo again. The hotel was at best average, the hotel meals were at best below average. The hotel had been open only three months and they had apparently an ineffective management staff.
The flight arrangements had to be modified because my son's flight home was delayed returning from Afghanistan. The Yahoo staff (Ivan & Victor) we discussed this with (we had to reschedule our flights) were rude and uncooperative in providing information and even argumentative. We were put on hold at times for 30 to 35 minutes. On our own we were finally able to contact Delta Air Lines direct and modifiy our return flight to our home city with little additional cost. Your representatives were telling us it would be upwards to $1200.00 when in fact Delta only added $100.00.
I repeat we will NEVER book any future travel arrangements on your service as a consequence.
