Westland Hotel, Whyalla

I will NEVER arrange any travel through Yahoo again. The hotel was at best average, the hotel meals were at best below average. The hotel had been open only three months and they had apparently an ineffective management staff. The flight arrangements had to be modified because my son's flight home was delayed returning from Afghanistan. The Yahoo staff (Ivan & Victor) we discussed this with (we had to reschedule our flights) were rude and uncooperative in providing information and even argumentative. We were put on hold at times for 30 to 35 minutes. On our own we were finally able to contact Delta Air Lines direct and modifiy our return flight to our home city with little additional cost. Your representatives were telling us it would be upwards to $1200.00 when in fact Delta only added $100.00. I repeat we will NEVER book any future travel arrangements on your service as a consequence. Roland R. Bell
