Carriage House Inn, Branson

Recently my Husband and I took our ninty year old Aunt on a weekend vacation to Branson Missouri, We were looking for a handy-cap walk in shower. While looking for a Clean, Comfortable, and Convient Motel to stay, and during our search your Motel was refered to us by another business. You offered to us the Cleanlyness that we were looking for, as well as the Comfort Level, and the Staff of Carriage House Inn was very friendly, informative, and professional to us and that was much appreciated! We felt that is was important to take out the time and imform you all of how pleased we were with our stay at Carriage House Inn. We have stayed at many different locations in the past 30 years of coming down to Branson, but our first stay at the Carraige House Inn 3 yrs ago was so enjoyable, that it is the only place for us from now on. We come every 6 months, and have never been disappointed with the service and friendly staff. It's tremendously convenient. We never have to venture out onto the usually crowded Hwy. 76, but can take the back roads literally anywhere we have to go. There are great restaurants within walking distance. Good Value! Very clean and quiet. Staff very pleasant, helpful, and friendly. They actually offer hot biscuits and gravy at breakfast which we found to be a nice touch! We plan to stay here again on our next trip to Branson. Thanks!

We enjoyed the comfortable room, good price and hot Continental breakfast. The lobby is very cozy and inviting with friendly service. The location is very convenient.

Well, we stayed here as part of a timeshare deal. This was for 3 nights. On the 2nd night, my child had gotten some chocolate on the bed sheet, so I pulled it off the next morning when I saw it. Needless to say, the "Maid" put it right back on the bed... chocolate and all. Thats the only cleaning the maid did... was make the bed. Nothing else was touched. Not even the dirty towels or wash cloths.. nor did they restock the coffee supplies left in the room.. The first night, when we arrived, the room was freezing, so I called the front desk for some extra blankets, and no one was even there to provide these to me. When we arrived, the door key was taped to the main entrance door. And the pool.... My son went swimming... had a good time of course, but the pool was way over chlorinated. When he got out, his eyes burnt really bad. They were still irritated the next day.

Absolutely perfect from check in to check out. They have nice lobby with coffee, fireplace and comfortable sitting area. The staff were available and happy to help us with directions, show information or the toothpaste I forgot to pack. Our room was really clean, comfortable and quiet, and, the beds were the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept on in a motel. We had a very nice stay and felt it was a great value.

Our room was very nice and clean, we had a smoking room and surprisingly it did not smell of smoke. There was plenty of clean towels and the bathroom was very clean. We needed extra coffee at night and the desk was more than happy to let us have it. I highly recommend this place.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, the beds were very comfortable, the wi-fi connection was easily accessible, and the breakfast was free. Walking two sets of stairs wasn't thrilling and only one ice machine wasn't great, but for the price and service you can't ask for a better deal.
