Carriage House Inn, Branson

Well, we stayed here as part of a timeshare deal. This was for 3 nights. On the 2nd night, my child had gotten some chocolate on the bed sheet, so I pulled it off the next morning when I saw it. Needless to say, the "Maid" put it right back on the bed... chocolate and all. Thats the only cleaning the maid did... was make the bed. Nothing else was touched. Not even the dirty towels or wash cloths.. nor did they restock the coffee supplies left in the room.. The first night, when we arrived, the room was freezing, so I called the front desk for some extra blankets, and no one was even there to provide these to me. When we arrived, the door key was taped to the main entrance door. And the pool.... My son went swimming... had a good time of course, but the pool was way over chlorinated. When he got out, his eyes burnt really bad. They were still irritated the next day.

Our family goes to Branson several times a year and we always enjoy our stay at The carriage House Inn. The rooms are clean, inexpensive,comfortable and we have always enjoyed the pool. The location is prime! It is nice to be able to take the back roads and avoid the traffic.

We enjoyed the comfortable room, good price and hot Continental breakfast. The lobby is very cozy and inviting with friendly service. The location is very convenient.

Was set up in this hotel by grand crown resort travel club, had valuables and money taken from locked room, no security!!!!!! Ruined familys vacation. By the way no spa.

Carriage House Inn rooms are clean and comfortable. The cost is very resonable. They have a cont. breakfast each morning. I like the location of Carriage House Inn, it is not too far off the main road but is easy to get in and out of the parking lot.

Ok, I called about the hot tub, cause I saw in the ad where it says "hot tub." They don't actually have a hot tub, but they have some rooms that have jacuzzis, so they do, but they don't have a hot tub.

We have stayed at many different locations in the past 30 years of coming down to Branson, but our first stay at the Carraige House Inn 3 yrs ago was so enjoyable, that it is the only place for us from now on. We come every 6 months, and have never been disappointed with the service and friendly staff. It's tremendously convenient. We never have to venture out onto the usually crowded Hwy. 76, but can take the back roads literally anywhere we have to go. There are great restaurants within walking distance. We have stayed here 4 times and we go back because of the value. It has great location since you can get to any show quickly by using a route other than 76. Room is right size for a couple and access to your automobile is easy when your car is just outside your door. No hallways...we like that. Will be going back in May 2006 and plan to stay there again. Breakfast comes with the stay and the gravy and biscuits are great.

Ummmm... well to start of the location of the Inn is not the best in the world...and unfortunately the pool house being disconnected from the rest of the Inn is not really something I like in the winter...but i can get over that.....the Inn is smaller than most hotels and motels which is great cuz it gives it more of a cozy feeling.....the service is good and i very much appreciate their patience to put up with my asking for so many towels... Over all this Inn is good and provides a good service.And the priceing is also very reasonable.

Everything was Great! The staff was friendly, rooms clean, beds comfortable and the area was very quite at night, felt very safe there, this is a great place for familes.
