Casa Howard Guest Houses, Palm Desert

The beautiful pool and out door area has turned in to a public pool. It was so crowded, people with ice chest and staying the whole day. We were using a table and our things were moved off by a large group. We think there are two problems, the units are rented out on week ends to people that invite many many people to use the out door areas or people have a key to the gate and think it is a public park. There are no public rest rooms, I would consider this a hug problem. We have been owners for many years, but this was the worst...I won't even go into air conditioning and broken items in the unit.

overall it was a pleasant stay. I think the housekeeping should be better though. Should also have a bar on site or by the pool.
