friendly and clean

When checking in, the staff was very friendly and helpful. We splurged on a whirl pool room and it was a great decision. very affordable and pretty good location. Would stay there again in a heart beat!

i like the location the most. its between akron and cleveland. rooms were clean, and the staff friendly,and i appreciated the convenience of having a restaurant in the same parking lot. the outside needs updating but the inside is quite nice.

I had been to this hotel yrs ago and for my 4th anniversay NEW YRS EVE 2006 I wanted a special place to go. My friends invited me to go downtown cleveland but I knew I would love it here becuase of the wonderful service I had recieved in the past. LET me say it was the BEST NEW YEARS and ANNIVERSAY a person could want. MAYGON, the manager was EXCELLANT!!!! the room was so beautiful, clean and roomy I just fell in love. Not only did they provide us with the best of service but they also had a bottle of champane awaiting our arrival. the breakfast was all one could want. I definatelly reccomened this hotel.

We will book here again

Even though we booked a ground floor room, we were given a room on the second floor, but the staff carried all of our luggage up the stairs to our room and then down to the car upon departure. The location was convenient to the Interstate highway and near some nice restaurants. There was a grocery store nearby and not too far into the town square with its quaint little shops.
