BEST WESTERN Palm Coast, Palm Coast

Being from Palm Coast Fl I thought the best western would've have been up to par. I was very wrong, the room smelled very bad. We had to go a air freshern for it thats how bad it smelled. My11 month old daughter isnt walking yet so she has to crawl on the floor her nighty knee's and top of her feet where almost black and I washed the nighty before went on vacation. My son spilled some juice on his cloths so I figured I'd hand wash them in the sink and hang them up in the closet to dry. My boyfriend and myself started to smell doodle so we hunted it down it was the cloth. Remind you nobody took a # 2 in the closet it just smelled like that for no reason. There was mildew in the tub and tub was a little dirty I just rinsed it with some water. I would NEVER stay here again. Oh before I forget the breakfast was the worse breakfast in the world. The egg's was the mystery item of the week. We didn't know what it was and what it was for. Not even the dog would eat it. The biscuit tasted and felt disgusting (the dog didnt get it either). The apple and orange juice was terrible also I spat it out in the cup, the waffle I made with them help of the time was dry and hard. It's a good thing cracker barrel is located accross the street. The only good thing about it is they accepted my pitt bull. Other then that they're need to get it together.

My sister & I stay here every year (past 5 years) while visiting our parents. Rooms are clear, roomy & well decorated. The staff is always pleasant. Just as good as Best Western as Hampton Inn.
