I expected more for my money.
We dislike spending much on a bed and a shower. Georgetown didn't have anything to offer in our usual $50.00 price range so we paid more for this room than we usually do. The room was large but arranged oddly and inconvienetly. The bathroom was cramped and even though there was a table and dresser, there didn't seem like there was space to put anything. This room was in bad need of a plumber. The toilet ran a long time after it was flushed. The tub dripped and the shower head pipe was loose inside the wall. There was pealing paint in the bathroom and on the door. I never got really hot water in the shower. The air conditioner blew up inside the curtains and blocked the air into the room. The saving grace of this room was the queen sized bed. It was one of the best I have had in a motel and the liniens were very nice.
If you are expecting breakfast, forget it. They should have called it morning snacks. There was coffee, juice, a plate of little muffins, bannanas and Nutrigrain bars. No milk, no cereal. A big disapointment.
This is not a terrible place to stay, but for the money, I expected more.
