Foxborough Resort, Branson

The front desk staff was very friendly and courteous. They have a nice breakfast in the morning. The property was extremely clean.

The room was fair, but carpet was dirty. Breakfast was a joke. Don't care for biscuits & gravy. Help was hard pressed to get out 3 bagels and four muffins. Toaster barely worked and looked like it had been there for years. You get a better breakfast at most motel 6's. The last night, the neighbors next to us woke us up at 4:00 A.M. and kept us up from then on with loud talking, door slamming, laughing and all sorts of nasty stuff in addition. When we complained at checkout, we got a shoulder shrug and a weak "Sorry, we don't know who's staying there." What did that mean? I can't recommend the place at all.

Inexpensive and quiet. However, we checked out and accidentally left 4 bottles of unopened wine in a drawer. We returned in about an hour and were let back in the room to get them. However, cleaning service had already been there and the bottles were gone, no where to be found. Cleaning person was called and she denied ever having seen any bottles at all. Front desk said they would check into it and get back with us and would make up the loss to us. Never returned our call or letters, never heard from them again. At this hotel, you can expect to miss items and never get a response from management. It is true, the total cost was only about $90, but I expect honesty from the people who come in to the room to clean.

No internet service in rooms. Had WiFi but only in lobby area. Even the average Motel6 has wired internet in rooms. Front desk closes at 12 or so. Makes it tough when your room key wont work at 1am. Desk staff snooty. Other staff really nice.

Except for the front desk the rest of the staff looked like construction workers. We stayed in the condos which is down a steep hill in a building adjacent to the motel. To get to breakfast you had to climb about a 40 foot hill. There were no laundry facilities in the condo building. The grounds around the Condo were dirty and cluttered with paper and plastic bottles. Our room was dirty. The tile floors were so dirty when you wiped them with a towel it came up black. The carpet was soiled and not vacumed. The wall mounted TV in one bedroom had been removed and the wires were left hanging down. I was told they were replacing them and had run out.We stayed because we were part of a group visiting Branson for a special event and liked thier presence. We did leave two days early and I would never come back here. In fairness to the Owner, it just seemed like there was no experienced person in charge.

This is a quiet place to stay with a nice view. The only disappointment we had was the very dirty carpet! It was so dirty we couldn't even take our shoes off. The kids enjoyed the pool-it was very clean. I would stay here again, just hope for a room with cleaner carpet.

The service is pretty good, the staff is very nice, and for the money it is a pretty nice place to stay. It is always clean, the beds are clean and sort of average in comfort. If you want a clean, friendly place to stay that won't cost you an arm and a leg, this is the place.

I would not recommend staying here if you tend to leave things behind on your trips. You will find a staff that will promise one thing and then take no responsible in the end. You will find a staff that tends to take personal items as their own, even after you claim the item and tell the front desk personal you will be in to pick your lost item up only to find that they don’t know what happen to you item. They will then tell you it’s not their fault and tell you to get the f@#K out of there. Real nice professional staff they like to keep around.

This place has gone down? I don't know what had happened between last year and this year but things have changed, it's no good, not friendly at all, when we checked in the hotel clerk stunk, as in smelled bad, and really didn't have a clue what was going on.

The ladies working there are so friendly, NO PETS - No Smoking - The beds were not too bad....The first day to reopen was 7.31.2007 and the grandpa working the breakfast area needs some assistance. The room price is not $40.00 but $59.00 for 2 adults without tax. It has new owners and needs to get the breakfast thing figured out. The porch areas with a table or two are nice with laundary outside by the outside ice machines, no elevators. These ladies are really helpful and great !!
