Comfort Hotel Dijon Sud, Victoria

Due to not having bath mats in the tub, I slipped and fell. I questioned the maids to see if this was an oversight and was told that they don't put mats in the rooms. I reported to the manager, who couldn't have cared less. I also reported to Comfort Inn, and have never received a response from the headquarters or from the hotel. Also, don't believe the outside signs that state the rooms have recently been updated. It needs an update and a good cleaning. It's across from the hospital, so if it hadn't been so late and I was there for a family emergency, I would have gone elsewhere.
