Americas Best Value Inn - Boerne, Boerne

The staff was friendly and the breakfast was good. The room was disgusting. There were crickets all over and chirped all night along. I was hot and muggy in the room and the A/C did not work well at all. The room stunk like body odor and I had to have new blankets brought in because the originals were very dirty. The pool was nice, small but refreshing. It's best to drive to the next off ramp and stay at La Quinta, that was fantastic!

The people were friendly. The breakfast was very good for a continetal. Rooms were spacious. Dairy Queen is next door and a grocery store. We had our snacks by the pool kids loved it.

Everything I checked into my room with me, including my dog (previously without fleas for over 3 years) and all of my clothes, bags, myself and now my home are infested with fleas. The shower drain was busted, and the fridge was hot. Do not check into the Best Western in Boerne, Texas unless you already live in filth and enjoy parasites crawling all over you.

I checked out two rooms and both had bedbugs. The management would not even come and look at the rooms and did not seem to care!!!!!!!!!!!

It was clean and the front desk was very nice. No mold or stinky carpets. A/C worked fine. I really liked having the micro and fridge in the room (there is a grocery store next door). The breakfast was good, but didn't have enough seating. They allow pets in every room, and not just little toy poodles. We saw huge shaggy dogs in rooms on both sides of us. They also couldn't promise the rooms hadn't been smoked in. Our room didn't have visible pet hair or smell like smoke, but this might be an issue for people with health issues. There is NO view unless you are on the very front of the hotel. The parking is very cramped. The pool was small, but clean. The beds were by far the most uncomfortable on which I have ever slept. The bed covers, curtains, linens and towels all seemed very new. It isn't so bad, as long as you know what to expect.

I needed a place to put up myself, cast,and crew while Filming "Whiskey Trigger". They were kind enough to let our actors come and go, while keeping the same 3 rooms. This saved my company money!!! Everyone was extremely kind and the rooms were great!!! Definately JUST what the doctor ordered after 19 hours of shooting in the Texas August heat!!! We will definately use them again!!!
