Claremont West Suites, Pomona

i think it was nice staying at Claremont west Suites they do there best to please their guest.They have holiday events and free movie rentals.This hotel is great for families.the employees there are polite. they will try there best to satisfy their guest needs. if i enjoyed it i am sure u will!!!

All things considered, the Claremont West Suites in Pomona is a good deal. True, like everything in life, there are some drawbacks. Keep in mind the downside in light of the area's comparable offerings. This is your best bet, if you require: the safest environment possible, all things considered; as kid friendly as this type of living arrangement can provide; pleasant, helpful staff who know the business and will do "whatever it takes" to accommodate the guests and their level of comfort; a clean and inviting courtyard and pool area, even if that level of cleanliness isn't always extended to the rooms and the price is simply the icing on the cake. The two major drawbacks: 1. anything to do with the phones,bring your own cell phone. The phones in the room work on a hit and miss basis, with more misses than hits, and if someone calls the front desk expecting to be transferred to a guest's room, that too is a less than fifty fifty prospect of being successful. 2. on the same topic, it is unfortunate there is no method for basic mail delivery. Of course long term residency is not the intended goal, but even staying the allowed 29 days, it is not unusual to encounter a need for the receipt of a minimum amount of correspondence. Certainly the USPS guidelines allow for such an arrangement. Still, side by side, the pluses out number the negatives, without question. Thank you Claremont Suites, you provide a service and fill a need.

I like staying in Claremont west suites they have great service. They also have free movie rentals in their office. Their price are fare; but most of all the rooms have full kitchen's. They also have a laundry facility and a pool. For sure I'll stay their again.

My friend found more than 5 cockroaches in two hours. the clerk didn't apologize for my friend. Price is good, but too bad to stay here. You have to think about it.

I live in Oceanside Ca. and wanted to make a reservation for the weekend. I could Not make a reservation unless I was coming from out of state or out of the country. I have NEVER heard of such a policy........The clerk was VERY rude and would not give me an explanation for this policy. It was obvious the clerk was not from this country, by his mannerism, speech and obnoxious attitude. I would never recommend this Motel to anyone.
