Quality Inn Goodlettsville, Goodlettsville

I hated this hotel. the pool was cold, the vent in bathroom had so much dust you couldn't breath the tub was dirty I found bug pieces in light fixture the fridge was dirty and the lock on the door was broke. I will never stay at this hotel again

We didn't sleep well because the beds were uncomfortable and we were discriminated against by the breakfast help because my children were a different race. We left after the first night but had booked two. We were not offered any discount and then they billed my credit card for the original amount that was on the receipt and then took out another 35.00 on top of the 201.06 they had already been paid. Do not stay here!

We were a group of couples whose reservations were made by one of our party; all the rooms were under the reserving party's name altho we signed in individually with our credit cards. But at check out we individually were given the run around by the clerk who insisted that the bills were all paid under the reserving party's name. They were not, and I'm still waiting -- five days so far -- for my proper bill to be mailed as promised by the manager. (So where is my proper billing? I spoke with the mgr again and he promised AGAIN to mail it to me. Uh huh!) As for our room, the security latch was broken (it happened the previous weekend when a group of teenagers had rooms there, according to the maint man who replaced it), the window had greasy handprints all over it (the teenagers?), and the top of the door hit the frame, making the door difficult to close unless slammed shut. On the positive side, the continental breakfast was a hit and well attended by the woman who prepared eggs and sausage patties at 6:00 a.m. along with the usual fare. No guest ahould leave the motel hungry. The manager was always available and apologetic for any guest's unhappiness for any real or imagined shortcoming. I cannot in good conscience recommend this motel of last resort when there are so many other good motels in the vicinity. A good breakfast is available anywhere nearby.

I liked the staff, the room was very clean nicely decorated. We had excellent breakfast in the morning sausage eggs & waffle. We enjoyed the pool too, this was a enclosed pool so it was open in winter. I would recommend it to all. Chris Johnson Indiana

Without a doubt this was the nicest hotel we have ever stayed at in Yuma- and we go there at least twice a year. The location is at the far end of town, just north of I-8, yet US 95, the main road through the town of Yuma, is right down the street. The place was immaculate with very friendly, helpful employees. There is even a huge continental breakfast which features waffles which you make yourself. Very unique! The room was very spacious, quiet, comfortable and clean. Had we stayed another night, we would have used the pool and exercise room. My congratulations to the management and staff!
