Utterly Disgusting

This place is foul. And the manager is even more disgusting. He is derogatory, arrogant, demeaning and aggressive. Here's my story.
While it seemed like your average dive motel (cheap, not renovated, just getting by) it is actually worse. After having come in late in the evening (sleeping children, lights off), I awoke in the morning to old dried blood on my sheets. Vile! The receptionist was nice enough about it and gave me $20 off our night's stay. It became evident that the cleaning crew took a vacation about 5 years ago - dust, muck, smells, hair and who knows what else. The only reason I allowed my kids to eat breakfast there was that the cereal came in sealed boxes. Eww!
But the worst was yet to come. We left my daughter's blanket in the cot. With in a couple of hours of leaving I called. You'd think that it would be a simple thing to retreive. No. It wasn't put in the lost and found. It wasn't found in the laundry. It wasn't found in the cot. Unless it was actively thrown in the trash, it should have turned up somewhere! The receptionist was very nice about the whole thing but she couldn't make it materialize. After three calls to the receptionist over four days, I figured I'd speak to the manager and see if he could get a straight story from the cleaning woman and for him to help get some answers. Gene Sanchez and I had a one minute conversation which started off with him berating me for calling him. Before I even said why I was calling he said "Can't you get it through your thick head, lady? We don't have your blanket!" I said to calm down, that there was no reason for him to be upset with me. This set him off even more. He then started yelling at me, with me stunned on the other end of the phone saying "What are you talking about? Why are you so angry with me? I'm just calling about something I left behind." After a bit more from him, he hung up on me. He's repulsive.
