We were really disappointed to arrive with a reservation only to find there is NO POOL AT THIS LOCATION as was advertised, but thanks to Williemae Riggins and the staff there we really had a nice stay, and would stay there again.

excellent customer servie. the hot berakfast was especially nice, beautiful clean rooms with lots and lots of space. the best thing all room are (NO SMOKING ROOMS) LOVE that

Very nice

Very nice and comfortable. Will definitely stay every time I visit Albany. Bathrooms were extremely clean. Breakfast was really good and the overall service of the staff was very professional.

I travel A lot ...and I have never been to Hotel like this before.Clean and best service you could get.The staff is very polite and helpful .The breakfast was the best ,Definately staying there again.

website misleading

The website I looked at for the Comfort Suites on Dawson Road in Albany, GA listed several amenities that they didn't actually have. Such as Whirlpool bath in every room, hot tub, spa, fitness center. There is gym on the premises, but, there is a five dollar charge to use it. They didn't mention that when I booked the room. There was not a hot tub anywhere. The service was good and the folks that work there are nice. The food wasn't that great on the breakfast, just average.

nice and quiet.... great getaway. would tellthe world about it ....if theywould listen, great family get away, or if you just want to be left alone to relax in peace and quiet....Mmmmm great for lovers too
