Key West Inn Foley, Foley

we have stayed here many times. we love it. it is a nice hotel for the price the people writing bad reviews must be used to the hilton or the ritz if they are complaining.. the desk people have always been nice to our family of 7 when we stay i have no complaints they cant be perfect all the time.

i read the reviews and i didnt experience anything of the such! our rooms was clean and the manager was very sweet

My husband was invited on a fishing trip and the company booked a block of rooms at this hotel. I will not bore you with the details, but I will list the problems. Outside lights burned out, had to change the bulb ourself, floor in room was sticky, room smelled of old sweat, had to buy candles and air freshener,vanity light hardly ever worked, had to look for front desk clerk, bought own batteries for television remote, door keys NEVER WORKED!! Was locked out of room because husband did not sign credit card slip,(he was on a boat in the Gulf). Had to give them a new credit card so they would let me back in my room. Wrote a letter to the President of the Company, Never got a response. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL

Given keys and told RM 101.There was no RM 101. Told then it was 110. Walked in RM already occuppied. Told then it was 111. Carpet so dirty it was slick. Had to wash feet to put shoes back on. Clerk at desk had her children running around desk. One child even was trying to get in cash register. Very horrible experience. Do not stay at this place!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Our stay at the Key West Inn in Foley was the most disgusting I have ever experienced. The floors are dirty, the walls were filthey, the wallpaper was peeling off the walls, there was mold growing all in the room. I have stayed in better $40 hotel rooms. When we made the reservations you would exspect if you pay $120 a night they would at least be halfway decent. Well that was not the case. We were suppose to stay 2 nights but left after one.

I would not recommned this motel to anyone. The rooms are filthy. The bathroom floor was filled with other people's hair. There were clumps of mud right on the floor in plain veiw. We stayed two nights, after the first night I had to buy a pair of house shoes because I could not stand the thought of stepping on the floor with or with out socks. I brought this to the attention of the maid who said she would take care of it, but didn't
