We have been at thie motel many times- mostly because of the price and the friendly people at the desk. Up until recently, the worst things I encountered was a hair on my pillowcase (they changed sheets right away at11:30 PM) and problems getting to the front door in a wheelchair because the bottom of the access ramp was flooded with rain water. Earlier this month, I reserved a room because my mother-in-law was ill, but canceled it the morning we were to leave home. They charged my credit card for a night. I called three times and spoke to people there who took my information and said they would get back to me...heard nothing. Finally called national headquarters. The local motel called & left a message that they credited my account, but never called me in person (they had a daytime number). Left a bad feeling. We did wind up going back last weekend, but they never credited my Micropass for the time. Am now looking for a different place since I have to travel to Syracuse frequently.
