University Inn, Edinburg

After seeing mixed reviews I went ahead and stayed there for 1 night due to its convenient location. It was dirty and as the other raters said smells like mildew. The room's carpet has been ripped up and not replaced. Looking at the walls looked like the room had flooded before. The "hot" water was only about 10 degrees warmer than the cold tap. For $48 I could have gone to Days Inn instead and paid the same price and had a nice clean room with hot water and internet included

Last year I stayed at this motel. I did not have any bug(s) problems. This motel was very close to where my family lives and that is why we stayed their. They also allowed us to bring our dog. The only problem was that on our last two days there, the water pipes broke and we had no water. That made it really difficult. Other than that I enjoyed my stay. I wanted to stay again here but they do not allow dogs any more.

The place was dirty...had roaches all over the place and the service...just horrible. Would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.....The place smelled of mildrew and even though I asked for non-smoking, the stench of cigarettes and mildrew was just unbearable.

I liked staying there because they were friendly and comforting i just hated that they didnt have a juccuzzi but everything else was awesome i also enjoyed the new and improved look it looks more desent and pretty me and my boyfriend thought it was a very nice romance place

The rooms are dirty, there were roaches walking in my room. I would rather pay few extra bucks and stay elsewhere. You will NEVER see me again.
