Suwannee Gables Motel & Marina, Old Town

At $189. per night one would expect a clean, roach free, safe cabin. We had to go and purchase cleaning supplies & eating utensils, (the ones supplied were not fit to use even under extreme conditions such as a hurricane)The door lock was broke. The only dock in fair shape had an agressive Doberman as a greeter. The walkway to the front door had an overgrown root bulging up so far all of us tripped every time we entered or exited, this can be easily a large liabilty. The kitchen had layers of filth & grime covering all surfaces, I personally spent what was suppose to be relaxing time bleaching my days away. The owners showed no remorse when we brought this to their attention. The only time we want to see this place again is in our rear view mirror. Stay away.
