Rude night clerk

We stopped to get a room on June 11th. The clerk came out from the back room with a very unpleasant look on her face. While asking about rooms that were available, she continued to be very unpleasant. We told her we didn't want to bother her any longer and left that motel. Went down the street to Best Western. Got a room for $20 less, was greeted with a nice smile.

Somewhat false Advertising

The place is okay, except that it lists itself in the AAA travel guide as having an extended breakfast. They did not have that, rather a limited breakfast, with cramped tables scattered haphazardly in the lobby and behind coolers.

Very courteous and acomodating desk people. Clean and neat room. Easy access to the main road through town. Within walking distance of restaurants and the small downtown area of Burns

Hard to find your tel #

We stayed at your place about a week ago. Rooms and service were excellent. Unfortunately the price was much higher than quoted on the internet. I tried to find your telephone number through Quality Inn. No luck. They don't even know that you exist. I left a very nice and special water bottle (sentimental value, given to me by the grandchildren). I would love to get it back. Any chance? I gladly pay the postage and handling fees. A super place to take a break.

Cant beat the value and service. The place had all amenties one can think of and most bigger hotels dont provide. We were travelling with family and found the easy access from the rooms to parking very convient as the rooms had two doors other for indoor to use the facility. We would recomend the America's Best Inn in Burns a must for stay.
