Boulder Junction Motor Lodge, Boulder Junction

I love this place! The room was the cleanest I have ever seen, roomy, and very reasonable. The owner/management were gracious and very pleasant. The lodge is located in the beautiful, scenic town of Boulder Junction with many very nice shops and great restaurants within walking distance.

After sending many friends to this location over the past ten years, I booked my parents a room to join us in the BJ area, while we camped in the State Forest, nearby. When they suggested my wife and kids take a shower in their room, while we waited for dinner, we accepted, instead of showering in the Parks. The proprietor had been sitting in his empty lobby, and must have been "counting noses". He insisted that I pay for the "extra" guests in the room, and then refused me a receipt for my payment, insisting he'd given me a "deal". He even had the gaul to rudely accost my parents again the next morning. I'll never send another customer to this establishment...‎

The Boulder Junction Motor Lodge is very clean, totally non-smoking, convenient, and the owners are very friendly and accomodating. It is also very quiet.

This is the best place to stay in town! It's within walking distance of the entire town! The owners are very friendly, rooms are clean and spacious! You get alot for your money! In my book this is the only place to stay while in Boulder Junction!

Clean, simple, quiet, can walk to everything in town, including restaurants for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Bike path close, as well as great shopping. Don't miss flea market on Tuesdays.
