I used to do a lot of work in Ottawa and always stayed at Webb's, they always looked after us and the place was always clean and quiet. the staff are very helpful and friendly. Now that I'm a business owner i send my guys to Webb's every time we work in Ottawa. Great place to stay! Always accommodating. Thanks Webb's.

Great motel. Its nice to see the same faces of the staff who have been there for years and who keep the rooms in tip-top condition. I have been to 5 star hotels where the rooms are not half as clean. Webb's prides itself on cleanliness with a friendly staff. I have never been disappointed in this motel when I travel on business or with my family. The rates are also fantastic. Its nice to see a motel run by the same family owners since 1940 - they are doing something right! They have a steak and seafood restaurant on the premises called The Rose Bowl, which serve the best food in Ottawa for fresh seafood and expertly prepared steak and prime rib.

I found the staff very friendly and helpful during my stay suggestions on places to eat and a nearby laundrynat. The rooms where very tastelful and extremmely clean, and btw they now offer free wireless at no charge.The price was right too at 84.75 per night very affordable.

The man at the counter was terrible. He had his nose so far up his a** you couldn't even see his face. I see my mom once every 2-5 months cause she doesn't live near me. I sent her to this motel for the night hoping they could take care of her and give her a nice room for the night. I had to drive there cause they didn't accept "cash" or even a deposit of a large sum of money. "Which is weird cause last time I sent a friend there they were okay with cash deposit?" I show up with my credit card that I have not yet used and the man said it was declined? which was impossible. He judged my mom cause of her appearance, she works in construction so yes, she looked a little "tomboy'sh" . The man just didn't want to give out a room to her. Talk about LOW CLASS MOTEL. Hire better staff please. I always send my friends and family there... I'm NEVER sending my guests there again! You lost a good customer.

Thumbs up - $80 weekend for a family of 4, a good size room with comfortable beds, very clean Thumbs down - no complimentary breakfast, no swimming pool, no exercise room, no internet access, need to drive to every attraction
