Stay far far away!
I checked in around 10:30pm on friday night. When I walked in the room, it looked somewhat decent for the price we paid which was $75 (cash) for the night. I honestly didn't expect anything too nice, because the room was so cheap. As we settled in the room, I decided to take a shower. The tub filled up with water immediately and went down very slow. I called the front desk and asked if we could switch rooms. He said that since the room was "used" we couldn't switch. We were only in the room for about an hour. He said he would come upstairs and see what the problem was. He came in the room and said the water was fine. It wasn't because it kept filling up, but I just let it go. I took a shower standing in a tub filled with water. There was no bath floor mat, so the floor got flooded. It was impossible to keep water inside of the tub, because the curtain they had was so thin and didn't stay in place. Also the towels were thin as paper and were the size of hand towels. I called down in the morning for house keeping to bring up a couple of towels because they only left 2 and only 2 wash clothes. The lady said that house keeping is not in, and that she will not bring towels up the room. She kept giving me excuse after excuse. So I got dressed, went to the office and asked for 4 towels because they were so thin and small. She questioned me as to why I needed 4 towels. I said because 2 people need to shower and the towels are small. Again, excuse after excuse, she said she could only give me 2 towels. I was so annoyed, and disgusted about the whole situation. The tub was filthy and had used soap left in the tub. Anyway, when I checked out, I said to the lady that I was annoyed about the service. I didn't expect for her to give me my money back, but I felt the need to say something. I said I understand this isn't a 5 star resort, but I should beable to take a shower without standing in water, and have enough towels to dry myself off. She said to me that since I checked in on friday, that, that was the reason why we didn't get a "good" room. I said you shouldn't have rooms available that aren't in good condition, again she gave me excuses. She said that if I checked in after midnight, or I came in earlier in the day, that I would have gotten a better room, which was another excuse. She didn't even offer an apology or anything, just kept giving me excuses about why the room was not good. She tried to make it out to be like it was my fault or something, because I checked in at a busy time, which is absolutely ridicuolous. Honestly, I understand that weekends are busy, but that shouldn't determine if I get a room with water that drains or not. I'm just totally grossed out by this place, and never will I go back. I wouldn't not recommend this place. It is true to what they say, "you get what you pay for".
