As of Easter Sunday 2005, this hotel is under renovations (which is not mentioned anywhere) The roof is closed, which is where the pool, garden, and outdoor dinning area is. Also, one entire side of the building is scafolded, so you can't even look out the windows It is also about a 15 to 20 minute walk to the water from the hotel

The hotel is too far from 4-stars standards

I was at the hotel with my family in August 2004.

1. The detailed description of my reservation was: "Standard Rate High Season SUITE Bedroom and Sitting Room Shower and Bath Tub".
I was unpleasantly surprised when it occured that the suite is, in fact, one ROOM, particularry separated (50%) by wall without door!

2. The air conditioning system is old fashioned and not effective. This is important since the summer in Italy is hot.

3. The massaging cabin in the bathroom was out of use. Something more - the button was broken and there existed a real danger of short-curcuit in the wet bathroom!

4. "15 minutes walk from the sea" - this result is possible only for the olympic champion in 10000 meters running (he is from Ethyopia, I think). The normal time is 30-45 minutes.
