Won't be going back anytime soon!
By ,
The location was okay, close to a lot of activities. We didn't like the room, was too small and very cold, was also a taxi rank outside the hotel which ment that when the drunkards were going home, we were woke up by the loudness of it all! Only thing I really enjoyed was the Internet in the room! When we told staff about the room all they did was apologise and were not very helpful at all! Not a good night at all!

Noisiest hotel I have ever stayed in
By ,
My room was miniscule and located directly over a nightclub. The music was so loud that the room vibrated to every beat and when the disco finally stopped, I discovered that the windows were so poorly insulated that I could hear every drunken person walking past. Then the seagulls arrived....if you want value for money and a decent night's sleep, stay elsewhere!

Good and bad
By ,
Breakfast and resturant service excellent, the staff polite and friendly. The reception staff were rather aloof and unhelpful, my wife and I stayed here twice a year for a number of years, the resturant staff were very warm and welcoming, we somehow failed to make friendly human contact with a cold and indifferent reception staff, who gave the impression they had not been properly trained. the hotel location isexcellent.

Great Location - next to the river
By ,
Stayed here twice on business trip over the course of 18 months. Great location - next to the river within walking distance to all downtown attractions, restaurants, bars. The room was average size with standard amenities (TV, coffee maker, no fridge); somehow, I ended up with a triple (twin) room on my last stay. Try not to get the top floor (5th or 6th floor), the room tends to get hot during the day. The reception staff was very accommodating; at my request they even booked me into a Jury's hotel for London. Breakfast (buffet) was plentiful and decent, although, too meaty for Americans.

Awesome location
By ,
This hotel is in a great location for sight seeing and getting to the cool local bars. The staff weren't amazingly helpful, but were polite. Parking is the only major downside, you only get free parking between 5:30pm and 9:30am. Anytime between that and you get charged a lot of cash. The rooms were nice and well maintained, and the bed were pretty comfortable.
