I find impossible to understand how could this hotel claim 5 stars. The service oscilates between rude and non existent. The facilities were good , but have been very poorly maintained and now it is shaby. Never again

We were upgraded to a suite because they messed up our arrival dates - the suite was actually a small room. Standard articles that come with a room at this price, such as a box of tissues, bathrobes and most of the times at least a small bottle of drinking water were not provided. We needed to print from a disk and were told by the concierge that their printers are not working and therefore they are unable to help us. The staff at the counter when approached was rude and just said "go ahead and complain".

I'm a regular traveler and I stayed in this hotel during one of my trips to Buenos Aires....the WORSE experience so far in terms of hotels. Here is the summary of my experience: - First night, I found a tick on my bed. I called reception to talk about the incident and they sent me a bell boy to "kill" the tick...gosh! if that was the solution I was looking for, I could have done it myself. After making my point around expectations of a 5 star hotel and the discusting experience I received many apologies and the offer of a new room. Not sure why...I accepted a new room and moved to it at 1:00 AM. - Second day, I ordered breakfast with coffee with milk....I get the breakfast without cups. - Go to take a shower...no towels!!! - Third day, I tried to make a phone call from the room to discovered I didn't have the phone line connected! By this point, I'm totally frustrated and when to reception to talk with one of the managers...He is very nice and apologetic. The manager offered to adjust my room rate and to give me some certificates for the hotel's spa...What did I get at the end of my stay?- A bottle of champagne, a certificate for 15 min massage at the spa and not adjustment for my room rate at all. I ended up paying $235 dollar per night to the hotel that has offer so far the WORSE hotel's experience of my entire life. I don't recommend this hotel at all!!! It looks so beautiful from the lobby....by with the ticks, the service and poor attention to details, everything ends right there...at the lobby!

The panamericano was great, except that our room was quite small, and we each had a single bed. Everything was adiquate however, and I would like to note that 110 outlets were availible in the room. The room was elegant, and the staff was generous with soap and such. The food is fine, but I would not recomond roomservice, others in our group were greatly disappointed with thier cold, late, expensive, and unappitizing hamburgers.

it is very beautifull. We loved the pool and the location of the hotel. there was nothing i did like about it. all of it was just wounderful.

It is my favorite Hotel. Excellent service from the front door to the housekeeping. I've been choosing this Hotel in Buenos Aires from the las 4 years. And I will do it again. It is true about the towers.. North Tower is better. I hope they get theS outh Tower up to date soon.

The Crowne Plaza was part of a cruise package, however, we'd most certainly return here for vacation again or for business.

The hotel has two towers. The old one is simply awful. There is a newer tower wich is fair. There is a Gym not among the best; however the pool has a geogeus view. Social areas are ok; sometimes they can be too crowded. Meeting rooms are also bellow standards. Despite the centric location, outside the hotel you might be boarded by beggers and solicitors offering any type of goods and "services".
