Pension Bonifaz, Quetzaltenango

This place was such a disappointment. the service was lousy, the food was distasteful, and the place was filthy. I wouldn't recommend anyone stay at this place.

I stayed at Pension Bonifaz for 16 nights on my trip to Guatemala. It is genuinely the best hotel that I stayed at in Guatemala. The rooms are great, very simple and welcoming. The hotel itself is beautiful, it has a very colonial feel and is very well lighted. The best part of our stay at Bonifaz was the service. All of the staff is extremely helpful, very friendly and warm and welcoming and the owners are as well. The staff is what truly made our stay at the Bonifaz delightful. Besides that its very conveniently located, there's a McDonald's, a pharmacy, a market, a bank, the park and taxi's available within 2 min. walking distance of the hotel, so its location is ideal for travelers.
