Never will go again
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 09/15/08
i spend 2 nights awake until 4:30 in the morning. When you make the reservations, they dont tell you about a rock band, that plays from 11:00 p.m. to 4:30 a.m. Young people that are not guests, come until that hour.

We always stay here
By Chela, 04/01/08
I love going here! Every year for the past 3 years my finacee has taken me there. I look forward to visiting my home island of PR and staying at this Parador. This Parador has a spectacular view of the ocean. It is breath taking and if you are lucky with some benaculars you can see whales in the far ocean. We are thinking about getting married here in 2009. I know some people have complaint about the loud music played at night, but if you like to dance like I do, then it's not a problem. They've recently remodeled and made a nice dance floor/bar area. I was just there February 2008. My Finacee and I love to hang out near the beach and sit on a rock holding hands while we watch the sun go down. In the morning we get up bright and early to wathc the sunrise. I love it, I feel connected with God when I'm there. It's not a place to swim but you can enjoy the surfers in the background. At night we leave the balcony door open to hear the crashing of the ocean waves as we unwind from our busy and adventurous day. The only set back for me are the bathrooms in the main lobby. They have slowly remodeled this lovely humble Parador and hope to see it at its best in the near future. Celines

NOT GOOD AT ALL
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 03/17/08
We stay for one night last week and after they told us at the desk that there was an activity at the swimming pool area that will be finished by 12 midnight, we came back to find out that the loud music was still playing until 4am that morning. People yelling and screaming made that night aweful. Would not recommend to stay here under this conditions or until the management realize that people goes to these places for rest and relaxation.

The Ocean view. I use to go there w/my husband every year since 1985. We stop going 4 yrs. ago do the poor look at the entrance and rooms. It needs to be updated and clean in both areas and believe me you will have a good out come.

$150.00 per night,nothing included
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 02/28/08
Listen, the view is beautiful, all the rooms have an ocean view. The reception some of them need a little happiness in their life. The restaurant and bar staff were great. The rooms are small, but ok. The price is too high for what they have to offer. When you come in , the entrance looks awfull, cheap, hate it. The worst of all was the rock bands at 12:00 am - 7:00am, yes as you hear, my family and i could not sleep at all, and the next day we went to the pool and the area around the pool was dirty, full of small broken beer glass that would get in to your feet as you walk, cigarettes all over, dirty tables, a mess. I feel i have waisted my $150.00 dollars per night.

I would go back, but read about my stay!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 02/28/08
I just returned (Feb 15-22)I made my reservation on-line thru an agent, but when I got there there was no record of my reservation. Good thing my sister was meeting me there and she confirmed my arrival and assured them I had paid my stay. The other problem is that they have real loud music Fridays and saturdays and at some special occasions. If you're staying near the pool, the noise will torture you until 4:30 or 5:00AM when the music stops. You must let them know that you want to stay far away from the bar. The staff is very pleasant, helpful and accomomodating and will change rooms; as long as the place is not full.

Great
By lcerciello, 02/21/08
I was there in 1994. It was wonderful then. No complaints. We did go to another restaurant that had better food. I don't know how it is today but, at that time, I would have recommended it to a friend.

Attitude problem
By M C, 11/08/07
We stayed for one night on 01/02. I was told over the phone we could check in at 2 pm as we were comming from the airport. When we arrived was another lady and even though it was empy and the rooms available she said we need it to wait until 3. We had a complimentary drink in the bar. I felt the receptionist just wanted to be mean and had an attitude. The view was beautiful, but the room was crapy. Will not recommend and will never stay there again.
