Hotel La Cima and Suites Aguadilla, Aguadilla

I'm from Puerto Rico and sad to say that I stayed here. The place is very dated but not only is it dated every room we rented the roof leaked. The room have carpet and smell like moisture and the pillows smell bad too, the phone did not work, on the stove only one burner worked the only thing that worked was the hot water. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

The room was clean, the A/C worked, the service was good, the price was right. We only stayed one night, we found the room to be just what we needed. We would absolutely stay there again.

check in was not all that fun. when we get to the room the key was not working properly. so we had to go up and down twice because we could not get in. once we got the door open to the time capsule i felt like i was in my twenties once again. (and that was twenty years ago) talk about out dated. TV. worked went it felt like. the a/c would not stop making noise. the bed. better off sleeping on the floor. your back will feel much better the fallowing morning. the rooms are in need of TLC!. lots of LOVE.

Terrible experience....We stayed in this "hotel" with my wife's family on june 22 through june 24 2007. My wife's family arrive first and did the check in for all of us. We arrive later in the night. Next day we came to front desk to ask for the pool purses and after waiting there for about 20 minutes my wife an I asked very gently if there were a problem on giving us the purses. The manager came out from his office yelling at us and threatening with his hands(almost hit us) with a complete lack of respect attitude accusing us of trying to use the pool without a reservation. He was asking me to pay a ridiculous high additional amount for my 10 months old infant child. After discussion the trip was ruined . He apologized with my wifes family for his attitude. Anyway the pool had cigarette smell and a lot of drunk people drinking inside it and throwing ice. I don't recommend you to stay here. Partially it was my fault, some friends told me not to stay there.

I liked the hours we spent in the pool it was always open from 900 am to 10 pm. The service of satellite tv was very good with all the channels i liked to see (national geographic cartoons and local channels too.) It is easy to find and with rapid access to beautiful beaches. They are friendly and let us took all the ice we want to use for our trips to the beaches. Thanks for a great vacation. R. Vega Maunabo (Ciudad Jueyera)

it waA A VERY CLEAN AND FRIENDLY PLACE TO STAY, THE STAFF THERE WAS EXCELENT. WOULD RECOMEND THE HOTEL TO ANYONE. CAN'T WAIT TO GO BACK TO PUERTO RICO AND STAY AT THE HOTEL.

Staff was friendly but no help, ie: sorry senior thats all we have. Room was dated, a/c noisy with no controls, aircraft flying over hotel all night, t.v. was a joke, food establishments were overpriced. Best part of stay was checking out!

I stayed at La Cima in October '04 for two weeks. It was a very clean, quiet, secure, comfortable, enjoyable and affordable hotel. We started each day with a nice swim in the salt water pool followed by breakfast. We plan to vacation there again this year and with all the renovations, we are sure it will be even more enjoyable. I will give a review of this vacation as soon as I return!

The front desk staff were all excellent. They helped me find all the locations I needed and even dropped me off at the airport so I could pick up a rental car. They also allowed me to check back into my room for a few hours after I found out my flight was delayed. The staff truly went above and beyond.

I stood in La Cima for the end of Oct 2005. I loved the pool area and the grounds. But, as for the location and the airplanes flying over head. Not a good place to unwind. The rooms are adequate. the a/c in my room was off and it was mostly freezin in there. The chinese rest is best left alone. I know this sounds more negative then positive. But, for the price offered. I shouldnt be too harsh. But, in this case, if you dont mind some minor bothers. This is a nice place. a major plus of the place.. it is wireless internet access.
