the fire alarms went off 4 times in 7 days of our stay-no reason that was any help to put our mind at rest-the staff were unable to say good morning or any way of making us feel welcome Toronto and Vancouver hotels were more friendly and helpful-

Blocks from the Bell Centre, the metro and St Catherine Street - what more could you ask for? Staff is friendly and helpful - parking is a little expensive, but there are several public garages nearby. Will stay here again.

Le Centre Sheraton is the best place to stay in Montreal .They have huge rooms, great views and it's only one block from the centre bell. This is the cleanest hotel with the biggest rooms and most comfortable beds in centre ville. If you are going to MTL to watch the habs then stay here. Le Centre has great service and the valet parking is cheaper then parking in a lot in the city.

From my experience in the last six summers that I spent in Montreal, I found out that Le centre Sheraton is absolutely the best five stars hotel to stay at in Montreal because of its service, staff, and location. The furniture is cool. The beds are comforting. All the items that are supposed to be supplied in the bathroom are almost available. The safe box is easy to use, including 4 digits pin code instead of waste of time 6 digits I saw in other hotels. If you are a movie fan, who didn�t have the opportunity to watch some of the famous movies in the last 8 months before your first day stay, I guaranty you that you will 99% find them in one of the at least 40 movies available in the pay per view channels. The room service doesn�t exceed 25 minutes of your order time. The food and drinks are delicious and fresh. The access to the internet is great. But in contrast between this Sheraton and other Sheraton such as Toronto�s one, I found out that the club lounge serves more food and drinks than this one. However, if you want to use the internet, I advise you to use the available one in the lounge unless your usage will be long. If you are a starbucks coffee regular customer, you will find one at the lobby, but don�t be shocked if you found out that they don�t serve hot chocolate. The staff are so friendly. Front disk service is quick and the concierge representatives have the qualification to answer your questions and implement your quests. One of the funniest moments for me with the staff of this hotel is that one day I found out that there was a problem in my room�s telephone so I had to ask the house keeping providing me another telephone. Once they did, one of the staff called me and he told me that incase of problems like this, they offer the guests their selection of chocolates or cookies basket or a free movie, so he asked what I prefer. As a movie fan, I chose a free movie. After few days, I found out that there is another problem in my telephone, so I asked the housekeeping to send me another telephone. Once they changed it, I called the same staff member and I asked him if they could offer me a free movie and they did. I wasn�t expecting that but I was happy in the same time! The hotel is located in a great spot (Rene Levesque Boulevard), which is about 5 to 10 minutes walking until you reach Saint Catharine St in the downtown, where you can find all what you are looking for in that street such as shopping malls, restaurants, cinemas, libraries, groceries stores est. It�s really comforting.

My friends and I went to celebrate a long weekend. Mind you we're a younger crowd, so we found the hotel was a but farther downtown then we had hoped however, we walked mostly everywhere. The rooms were perfect and the hotel lobby is really stunning.

Le Centre Sheraton is a great place to stay in Montreal. Whether you are a business or personal traveler, the hotel has it all for you. Our room was very nice, and it was the smallest room they offer! The pool, spa, sauna, and hot tub were perfect. Location-wise, its only a block from an entrance to The Underground, which is helpful in the cold weather. Once underground, you can get to almost anywhere in the city staying dry and warm!

I wish I could give this hotel more than 5 stars. The room was immaculate and the hotel staff was wonderful, from the doorman to the cleaning staff, I was always greeted with a smile. The location can't be beat, right downtown and within walking distance to everything. I got a great deal on the room ($99 per night) and I would stay there again in a heartbeat. You can't go wrong with this hotel!

For a 5 star hotel, I was VERY disappointed!! The rooms are very small. There was an incident in the hotel lobby bar that was not handled properly by security. I had to keep calling the front desk to remind them of what package we were on, as I kept being charged for things I wasn't supposed to be. Will not be going back here!

Despite what this site says, it is a 5-star hotel. This hotel was just excellent, and we had absolutely no problems at this hotel.
