The Hotel de la Montagne is located in the heart of Montreal, walking distance from the Bell Center and Montreal Museum of Fine Arts, and approximately 12 miles from Dorval International Airport. The local attractions include McCord Museum of Canadian History, Montreal Planetarium, Chinatown, Contemporary Arts Museum, Place des Arts, and Olympic Park. The hotel amenities include a 24-hour front desk, luggage storage, safe deposit box, wake-up calls, concierge, limited room service, currency exchange, laundry service, fax and photocopy service, babysitting, valet parking, business services, gift shop, ice and vending machines, and turndown service. The guests may also enjoy the outdoor rooftop pool and onsite restaurant. Pets are allowed. There will be a 35$ carpet cleaning fee upon departure.The guest rooms feature air-conditioning, mini-bars, complimentary internet access, coffeemakers, and cable TV.

We stayed in hotel for 3 nighs. We liked hotel for: location, cleaness, good food, etc. And #1 - very friendly staff from reception desk to the service at the restasurant and doorman. Big THANKS trom Texas.

good valuem- but

We have stayed at this hotel many times in the past. Very well located for shopping and restaurants. Large rooms back by good service. Lobby can be smoked filled and bar in the lobby can be noisy especiall between 6-8 p.m. Bar on roof during summer months and this can be noisy during summer evenings if one's room is located on one of the top floors. Again, good value and very good locations.

underrated wonderful building and good service, food was good, bar & happy hour great ambience, concierge a little cool yet very helpful suggestions and appropriate service. Rooms a little dusty but service made up for it. Decor great antiques, solid and well kept. Yes we will go back. Balconies should not be mentioned as an attraction they are useless yet rooms to the front street can open window.

A baseball trip's homerun!

Our family was in the area for a teen baseball tourney and to attend the Reds/Rockies game. The hotel was an easy drive to both and away enough to be quiet and safe at a great price. The hotel was not only very friendly (great cookies for the kids at checkin) but also clean and refreshing. The beds were comfy and the bathrooms spotless. The hotel is tucked away but right in the middle of the shopping area so there are many choices for dining in all price ranges. We enjoyed a Mexican rest. that the hotel told us about. We spent two nights and each morning had a different choice of breakfast items and they kept it stocked and hot until late morning. I am sure our family will stay there for our next tourney.

There is no other place to stay in Montreal

I have been making trips to Monteal every year for the last 14 years, with only 2 exceptions this is where I have always stayed. Sometimes its just 4 buddies, up for a hockey game, other times its 35 friends on a bus tour. Always, Always, friendly staff, helpful, accomodating and now that Ive been there awhile several of them remember and greet me by name, a very welcoming feeling. It has the best location (we spent a cold winter weekend, and we didn't even have to leave the block), hidden assets (Pool bar and lobby lounge), and charm. The only drawback is that I can't spend more time there. Look no further, this place is IT....

Feel like Royalty

This hotel is elegant and rich looking and feeling of all most like you are royalty. In the summer the rooftop pool is busy and wonderful to be at. If there is a big hockey game in town and the Canadians are playing Toronto the place is packed. there is no finer establishment in Montreal, centrally located and everything you need and want is nearby.

L'Hotel del la Montagne has it all! Class, central location, comfortable beds, and great customer service. Thisa is my favorite spot for a greaet romantic weekend.

very good location

We liked the hotel for several reasons: a)the rate b)the extraordinary location, near the Rue Saint-Catherine,good restaurants,subway stations(guy-concordia and peel stations)etc. c) the magnific view from the magnetic terrace (the bar at the top of the hotel d)the confort of the room.
